About Me

Manufactured in Mumbai, Shipped to Boston

I currently live in Boston with my wife, Minshu and our 2 furry boys: Pablo - A British Longhair; and Winston - A British Shorthair. For work, I Co-Founded Infotelligent, a B2B SaaS that empowers sales & marketing teams to find new customers by combining cutting edge technology with best-in-class data, multi-source Intent signals, Look-Alike modelling, and Technographic profiles of over 6M North American companies.

Outside of work, I'm passionate about playing music (currently trying to get better at jazz improv on the saxophone); FPV drone racing (you're missing out if you haven't tried it yet. Build, fly, crash, repair, repeat); cryptocurrencies; and all things tech.

Here's What I've Done So Far

Since Oct 2018
Head of Product

Infotelligent is B2B SaaS that helps Go-to-Market teams to find more customers. Infotelligent is a spin-off from INFUSEmedia. My day-to-day currently invlolves product management, data engineering, GTM strategy, onboarding customers, building teams, supporting sales and marketing.

Since Feb 2017
Product Manager

I joined INFUSE as a marketer after my MBA. My curiosity and laziness made me automate all the tasks given to me. I was soon promoted to a Product Manager role and it became my full-time job to automate business processes. This led me to ideate, build and manage five internal software products for various teams. I launched INFUSE Steroids (a GSheets extension for data researchers to automate their tasks) in April 2017, INFUSE Landing (a static web-page page & form builder) in June 2017, INFUSE Excel (an Excel Add-In to data analysts) in October 2017, INFUSE LG (a web app for project management and automated workflows) in April 2019, and INFUSE Bulk (a platform to build 1000s of custom landing pages from data in Gsheets) in December 2019. These five products, combined together, are used by over 350 employees at INFUSE resulting in savings of upwards of 4 hours/user/day. My time and experience at INFUSE set the foundation for me to build Infotelligent. We spun off from INFUSEmedia in early 2020.

Mar 2018 - Jan 2019

I briefly worked on a personal side project coinladder.io to contribute to the crypto community. CoinLadder is a curation of free cryptocurrency web tools. These include a price tracking website to track the prices of over 1500 cryptocurrencies, a portfolio tracker, and a cryptocurrency tax calculator to calculate the taxes owed due to trading of cryptocurrencies (support for Poloniex, Bittrex, Binance, Bitfinex, Kraken and Mercatox exchanges).

Jul 2016 - Jan 2017
Marketing Research Analyst

During my time at this position, I started off by managing marketing campaigns and full demand generation cycles for Fortune 500 clients. I analyzed campaigns' data and developed strategies to optimize our clients' marketing ROI. It was during this gig, that I got obessed with optimization and efficiency of business processes. Luckily for me, my employer gave me complete freedom to pursue my interests and created a new position for me with a mix of business, engineering and strategy.

Jan 2016 - May 2016
Graduate Research Assistanship

University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth

During my MBA, I was lucky to bag a research assistantship under the guidance of Prof. Liang Song involving data-analysis at the Charlton College of Business. I wrote algorithms in R for analyzing data of North American business leaders from the BoardEx database, to determine the correlation between their educational background and current & historic board roles.

May 2014 - Jun 2015
E-Commerce Analyst

Lace & Velvet

I co-founded Lace & Velvet, India along with a friend, Mitesh Jaisinghani during my senior year of undergrad. Our never-ending entrepreneurial desire identified a growing nationwide opportunity in the online retail of women's clothing at dirt-cheap prices, and my first "practical" entrepreneurial ship sailed. I wore multiple hats at this start-up ranging from a warehouse worker to a digital marketer, and from a web designer to a photographer. Eventually, we failed to keep our ship afloat. However, the learning involved was much more hands-on than traditional classroom education and the experience made every single penny and minute we spent on Lace & Velvet worthwhile.

... Earned Some Degrees Too

Jan 2015 - May 2016
MBA, Information Systems

University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth

My 2 years at UMass helped me develop an entrepreneurial mindset and prepared me for the real world business scenario with strategic managerial skills. My Graduate Assistantship at UMass' Business Innovation and Research Center transformed my leadership, public speaking and networking skills.

The most priceless asset I earned at UMass was a network of phenomenal professors and entrepreneurial peers, who left me with a love for social learning.

Jun 2010 - Jun 2014
BE, Mechanical Engineering

Pune University

My four years of engineering education laid a strong foundation for my 'think out of the box' mentality and transformed me into a creative and ingenious problem-solver. I owe it to these four years at Pune University for honing my critical thinking skills, training me to perform under pressure, developing a detail oriented nature, and most importantly, humbling me towards society (as an ESL volunteer for the local community).

My Beliefs and Values

Each day you receive a new paycheck of 1440 minutes, use it wisely

Be lazy like a cat, innovative like a chimpanzee, friendly like a dog, and fearless like a honey badger

If you’re not embarrassed by the first version of your product, you’ve launched too late

If everything’s under control, you’re not fast enough

Make the decision once you have 70% of the information, don’t procrastinate

Don’t abandon negativity! Convert it into positivity and keep marching forward

Embrace change
